Do you offer a shuttle to and from the Airport?
Our hotel works with a company called Super Shuttle. Rates vary according to which airport you are arriving and how many people are with you. You may have to make a reservation. So call ahead of time.
How do we get to DISNEYLAND® from the hotel?
One option is to walk about one block's distance to the main entrance. The other option is to use the Anaheim Resort Transit (ART), which stops at the hotel to pick up guests and take them to DISNEYLAND®. ART is also available to pick guests up from DISNEYLAND® and bring them back. There is room for strollers on ART.
Is making my reservation online safe?
When making a reservation with www.portofinoinnanaheim.com, you are booking with the hotel's OFFICIAL SITE. That means you are booking directly with the hotel and the hotel's booking engine. We use a secure, encrypted page that is designed to protect all your information.
Is my credit card charged when I make an online reservation?
Your credit card is NOT charged when you make a reservation. It is simply requested in order to guarantee your room. Guests must pay with a valid credit/debit card upon check-in at our hotel.
Exception: Your credit card will be charged for the total reservation amount within 24 to 48 hours of booking for our restricted or book now and save rates.
