"AWESOME" - We were blown away by the service we received at the Portofino. The Staff were very knowledgeable and kind. They told us all about the ART system and gave us a map of the area to show us other fun things to do. Our room was very clean and we loved the kids suite. It is close to restaurants, shopping and Disneyland. The little store was great for snacks and water everyday on the way to the park.
